Southern Relocation Alternative
- The alternative begins near the Chester County line bypassing Gap to the south into Sadsbury Township. It then heads northwestward until it parallels the existing AMTRAK line. Bypassing Paradise to the south, it ties back into U.S. 30 beyond Ronks Road, becoming a five lane widened section to PA 896. Interchanges are currently being considered for PA 41 and Ronks Road.
- If selected for further study, our focus will be on reducing the width of right-of-way needed, especially for the median, to reduce impacts.
